By profession I am a Credit Manager for a company who are leaders in cut fresh fruit and fresh fruit juice and dessert manufacturers, with annual turnover of £130 million.

I have been the president of Northamptonshire Lohana Mahajan for the past six years until recent elections and have held post of secretary of Northamptonshire Lohana Mahajan for 3 years.
I have served as assistant secretary general of LCUK for 3 years and SECRETARY GENERAL of LCUK for 6 years under two different Presidents

I have served the LCUK in the past for over 25 years as PRO, VP, Webmaster, Trustee and have convened the LCUK Sports and Variety Shows. I was instrumental in setting up the Lohana Professionals Network and LCUK eNewsletter and assisting with Lohana MatchMaker.

Bharatbhai Sodha - Secretary General

Bharatbhai is a qualified accountant and a career professional, he has served the Lohana community is different capacities over time, initially as committee member of Lohana Community of North London and later becoming the Secretary. Bharatbhai is currently also a Trustee of Raghuvanshi Charitable Trust and has taken on the role of treasurer on the Trust Board.

Over the years I have been involved with our community in various roles both with the LCUK and with Lohana Community West London – I was for approx. 10 years the Social Secretary for West London, A Trustee for Shree Jalaram Mandir, Greenford, Sports Convenor for LCUK and now the PRO.

Rashmibhai Chatwani - Trustee

Rashmi was born in Kampala, Uganda and he relocated to the UK in 1973. Here he completed a degree in Economics and Accounting in 1978 from Birmingham University and then joined Price Waterhouse. Subsequently, he joined the family business “Kanta Enterprises Group” in 1982 and has remained a Director of the Group since then. The group is involved with hotels, properties and an international trading business. Rashmi also has been a Trustee and a Joint President at the Jalaram Mandir Greenford where he has helped steered the organisation to new heights, deepened the donor base and widened the reach of its services.
