  3. Is there parking available?
    Yes, there is plenty of parking on site. Parking Information

  4. Are there food and drink facilities?
    Yes, there is a cafeteria at the venue. Updates will be shared if additional facilities are available.

  5. Are there medical facilities for injuries?
    Yes, medical support will be provided by professionals during the event.

  6. What do participants need to bring?
    Participants must bring their personal equipment. For example, table tennis players should bring their bats. If you’re participating in a team sport, please coordinate your team colours. Stick to timings and maintain a community spirit during the games.

  7. What are the timings for the games?

    • Registration desk opens at 8:00 AM.

    • Welcome to all participants. 8.30 AM
    • All players will be given a wristband, and coordinators will check these.

    • Welcome message at 9:00 AM.

    • Games start from 9:15 AM onwards.

    • All games will finish on the day, with the trophy presentation at the end.

  8. Are there changing rooms?
    Yes, changing rooms and showers are available at the venue.

  9. Are there activities for family members?
    To be confirmed – we have applied to access the swimming pool during certain hours.

  10. Which sports are being played?
    The following sports will be played:

  • Table Tennis

  • Badminton

  • Football 5 a Side

  • Tennis

  • Squash

  • Cricket U12 Only – Individual Entry

  • Pool (will be played separately at the Raghuvanshi Charitable Trust Hall on 6th Sept 2025.)

  • Golf (will be played separately at Aldenhall Golf & Country Club on 21st Sept 2025. Registration 10 am, First Tee-off at 12.30 pm)

Sports-Specific FAQs

  • 5-a-Side Football

    • Pitch: Matches will be played on astroturf pitches.

    • Footwear: Only plastic moulded/studded shoes are allowed.

    • Equipment: Shin pads are recommended; colour-coded team clothing is suggested. Coloured vests will be available.

    • Rules: No offside; all free kicks are direct. Goalkeepers may not pick up from a pass-back and must only distribute the ball underarm. The referee’s decision is final.

    • Conduct: Yellow and red card systems are in place. Abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • Badminton
    Feather shuttlecocks will be provided and used during the matches.

  • Cricket

    • Format: Played indoors with soft rubber cricket balls.

    • Equipment: Participants are required to bring their gear 

  • Tennis
    Standard tennis rules apply. Players must bring their own rackets. Balls will be provided.

  • Squash
    Players must bring their own rackets. Balls will be provided.

  • Pool

    • Format: Matches will take place at the Raghuvanshi Charitable Trust Hall on 6th September 2025.

  • Golf
    • Info: Venue is Aldenham Golf & Country Club. RSVP by August 31st 2025. Registration at the venue is at 10.00 am and the first tee-off is at 12.30 pm.
