The LCUK Sports Festival 2023 is upon us, and as we prepare for a weekend of fun, camaraderie, and competition, we’ve got some key information and updates for you.

• On-the-Day Registration? We recommend online registration, but limited on-the-spot slots might be available.
• Parking Availability? Yes, ample parking spaces are ready for attendees.

⚽ Game Details & Timings

Check in Desk opens at 8.30 am. Participants are required to check in with the organisers, who will confirm the payment, verify age if required and issue wrist bands which will allow them to take part in the games. Breakfast will be served for participants. Opening speech around 9.15 am and table tennis will start around 9.30 am, with the other games starting by 10 am.

 Which sports are being played?

5 a side football with maximum 2 subs, pool, table tennis, rounders and Antakshari on Sunday.

 Are there changing rooms?

Yes, you will have access to changing rooms.

 Are there activities for family members?

Yes, we expect to have a few activities for other members of the family, such as Carrom, Playing Cards, lemon and spoon races.

 Details about Antakshri on Sunday?

 Trophy Presentation

In the event of any sports finishing on Saturday, trophy presentation will take place on the same day, however, if it runs over the presentation will take place on Sunday.
