AN INVITATION TO OUR COMMUNITY
Sponsor the Lohana Sports Festival 2026
Every September, sixteen Mahajans bring their families together for two days of sport. Around a thousand people pass through the doors — children playing their first tournament, parents on court beside them, grandparents watching from the side. Sponsorship is what keeps the entry fees low enough that no family is priced out.
Where your support goes
Two days, two venues, nine sports. The costs are real and they are all volunteer-managed — nothing is spent on administration.

These are guides, not a rate card. If something here nearly fits, tell us and we will shape it around you.

Sponsoring in kind
Not every sponsor writes a cheque, and we are glad of that. Some of the most useful support we receive arrives on a pallet. If your business can supply any of the following, it goes straight into the day.
Kit and t-shirts
Volunteer shirts, team kit, caps or bibs — worn all day and photographed all day.
Fruit and snacks
Fruit, energy bars and snacks for players between matches, and for the volunteers on shift.
Water and drinks
Bottled water, squash and soft drinks. Nine sports over two days gets through a lot.
Trophies and medals
Trophies, medals and the Mahajan Shield engraving.
Equipment
Shuttlecocks, balls, nets, tables — the consumables every tournament runs through.
Services
Printing, photography, first aid cover, transport, PA and staging.
If you are offering something not on this list, please still get in touch. We would rather hear the idea than miss it.
Why sponsor us
You reach a whole community, not an audience
Sixteen Mahajans across Britain, from Manchester to Southend. Families who will see your name on the day, in the newsletter, and on the website all year.
It keeps the day affordable
Entry is £10 for an individual sport and £2 for youth cricket. Sponsorship is the reason those numbers stay where they are.
Every penny reaches the event
LCUK is run entirely by volunteers. There is no salaried staff and no administration overhead taken from sponsorship.
You are supporting the next generation
The under-14 cricket and youth categories are where this community’s future players come from. They are also the least able to cover their own costs.

Who supported us in 2025
These businesses and families backed the 2025 festival. Several have supported us for years, and we are grateful to every one of them.
Alongside them, many members donated bottled water, masala tea and snacks across the two days. Every contribution counted. 2026 sponsors will be named here and on the main-day banner as they confirm.
