LCUK is governed by three bodies working together: the Executive Committee elected to run the organisation, the Central Council of Mahajan representatives that elects and directs it, and the Trustees who provide oversight.

Every active Mahajan appoints representatives to the Central Council — the voice of the sixteen member communities.
Five Trustees chaired by Pannaben Raja: Archanaben Sodha, Kiritbhai Karia, Bhaveshbhai Chandarana and Rajulben Tejura, with Surubhai Modi as Independent Examiner.
