Photography is part of how we celebrate our events — and it is done with consent. This policy covers photographs and video taken at LCUK events and used on this website, social media and the eNewsletter.
By registering for or attending an LCUK event you are informed that photography takes place. Anyone who prefers not to be photographed can tell the registration desk or any committee member, and we will respect that throughout the event.
We do not publish identifiable images of under-18s without a parent or guardian’s consent, collected at registration for participants.
If you appear in a published photograph and want it removed, contact us via the contact page with a link to the image — we will remove it promptly, no questions asked.
Event photography is contributed by community volunteers and is credited where the photographer requests it.
