One festival, every September

Sixteen mahajans on the same field since 2022. In 2026 the festival runs across three days: pool in Harrow on the 12th, golf at Stanmore on the 19th, and Festival Day at Hertfordshire Sports Village on the 20th, with eleven sports and events and the Mahajan Shield.

Add your events to the basket at shop.lcuk.org.uk and check out. Draws are made on 8 September from paid entries only.

Main-day limit: two sports, two categories each (max four games). Pool, golf and Antakshari don't count towards it. Registration closes 10pm, Saturday 5 September.

🏟️On site, on the day

Free parking, a cafeteria with chai from the morning, changing rooms with showers and medical support all day. Everyone is welcome; bring the family, and register spectators free so we can plan seats and catering.

🏆The Mahajan Shield

New for 2026. Every entry earns your mahajan a point, winners take five, and the mahajan with the most points lifts the Shield at the closing ceremony. Turning up matters as much as winning, which is exactly the point.
