Registration saves your place; payment puts you in the draw. Head to shop.lcuk.org.uk, find your events and check out. Unpaid entries don't enter the draws, so finish the job while the kettle's on.
One payment per entry, made by one person. Partners split nothing, squads don't pass a hat, and spectators keep their wallets shut entirely.
After the form, you're taken to shop.lcuk.org.uk to pay for whatever is yours. That second step is the one that counts: on 8 September the draws are made from paid entries only. An unpaid entry simply isn't in them, however good your backhand is. Once paid, a confirmation email arrives with your details.
Golf buggies are the single item never sold at the shop. They're £35 per buggy, shared by two to four golfers, booked and paid directly with Stanmore Golf Club. Limited, strictly first come, first served, so ring the club the moment you've registered. The form's buggy question is just so we know; it books nothing.
No refunds, with two clean exceptions. If LCUK cancels the event, you're refunded or credited. And if tennis can't run because the resurfaced courts aren't ready, every tennis entry is refunded in full; we'll know about two weeks before the festival and we'll tell you either way. Squad name changes cost nothing until the Friday before the festival.
Ring Ashokbhai Rach (President) on 07956 450895 or Nishit Kotak (PRO) on 07983 212402. We reconcile entries against payments every week, so if something's outstanding you'll hear from us before it becomes a problem.
