Entries are closed, but unpaid entries still need settling. Payment confirms your place in the draw. Head to shop.lcuk.org.uk, find your events and check out. Unpaid entries don't enter the draws, so finish the job while the kettle's on.
Registration closed at 10pm on Sunday 13 September. The draws have been made, and an unpaid entry does not go into them.
That gap is deliberately short, so settle anything outstanding before the weekend. A paid place is the only kind that appears in a draw.
Payment is taken at shop.lcuk.org.uk, our official payment site. It is a different web address to this one, which catches people out, so look for the LCUK name when you arrive there.
One payment covers one entry and is made by one person. Doubles partners both entered but only one pays. Team captains pay for the squad. Spectators pay nothing at all.
One payment per entry, made by one person. Partners split nothing, squads don't pass a hat, and spectators keep their wallets shut entirely.
After the form, you're taken to shop.lcuk.org.uk to pay for whatever is yours. That second step is the one that counts: on 15 September the draws are made from paid entries only. An unpaid entry simply isn't in them, however good your backhand is. Once paid, a confirmation email arrives with your details.
Golf buggies are the single item never sold at the shop. They're £35 per buggy, shared by two golfers, booked and paid directly with Stanmore Golf Club. Limited, strictly first come, first served, so check with the golf leads. We have pre-booked every buggy at Stanmore, and the form is how yours is reserved.
No refunds, with two clean exceptions. If LCUK cancels the event, you're refunded or credited. And if tennis can't run because the resurfaced courts aren't ready, every tennis entry is refunded in full; we'll know about two weeks before the festival and we'll tell you either way. Squad name changes cost nothing until the Friday before the festival.
Ring Ashokbhai Rach (President) on 07956 450895 or Nishit Kotak (PRO) on 07983 212402. We reconcile entries against payments every week, so if something's outstanding you'll hear from us before it becomes a problem.
