What you actually need to know

Golf, Saturday 19 SeptemberStanmore Golf Club. Registration from 11am with coffee and a roll, first tee at 1pm. Buggies are pre-booked and paid at the club.

Festival Day, Sunday 20 SeptemberHertfordshire Sports Village, Hatfield. Desk opens 8:30am, ceremony at 9am, trophies from 5pm.

Just watching?Turn up. Both days are free for spectators and no booking is needed. Bring the family.

Can no longer play?Ring your sport lead today. A withdrawal now is easy. A no-show on the morning leaves someone standing about.

Partner dropped out?Your lead can often pair you with someone else, but only if they know before the draw is finalised.

PhotographsAnyone who would rather not be photographed wears a wristband from the desk. Ask when you check in.
