One short online form per person and you're in. No paperwork, no queues, no phoning around. Just don't leave it past 10pm on Saturday 5 September, because that's when the door closes.
About five minutes per person, all online. One form now covers everything: every Festival Day sport, pool, golf and Antakshari, where previous years used three separate forms.
Playing or watching, every person attending completes the form. Spectators are completely free; it's how we hold everyone's emergency contact and photo consent, and how we count heads for chai.
After registering, pay your fees at shop.lcuk.org.uk. Doubles partners name each other; team captains pay for the squad. Unpaid entries don't enter the draws.
On Festival Day: pick up to two sports, two categories each, four games max. Pool, golf and Antakshari are extra, they never count towards your four. The form enforces it all automatically.
Put the 5th of September in your phone now; a third of you will register in the final three days, and we'd rather you weren't doing it at 9:55pm.

No extensions. The form locks at 10pm sharp.

From paid entries only. Your sport coordinator sends your match times, and captains receive their captain's pack in the week before.

RCT Hall from 10am. The festival breaks first here.

Registration at the club from 12 noon, first tee 1pm.

Desk 8:30am, ceremony 9am, trophies from 5pm.

Five minutes of form. A whole day of this.
