No. Registration closed at 10pm on Sunday 13 September and there are no entries on the day, in any sport. You are very welcome to come and watch instead: spectators are free on both days and nothing needs booking. If you are already entered and something has changed, ring your sport lead.

Lohanas who are members of an affiliated mahajan of LCUK, their spouses, and their children. In the team sports, up to three players in a squad of nine may be non-Lohanas. Bring your ringers, as long as they entered like everyone else.

On Festival Day, up to two sports and up to two categories in each, so four games at most. Pool, golf and Antakshari sit outside that limit, so an ambitious person can enter all three days and still sing. The form won't let you over-enter, so there's nothing to calculate.

Yes. Both of you complete the form and name each other, so we can pair you in the draw. Only one of you pays the £15.

Yes, every player and substitute registers themselves. The captain also lists the squad on their own form and pays the £75. Squad name changes are free until the Friday before the festival; just tell your sport coordinator.

Yes, provided any fee is paid. The draws have been made from paid entries. If you still owe something you can settle it at shop.lcuk.org.uk or at the desk on the day. Your sport lead sends match times. Spectators, non-paying doubles partners and squad players who are not the captain owe nothing.

No, with two exceptions: if LCUK cancels the event you're refunded or credited, and if tennis can't run because of the court resurfacing, all tennis entries are refunded in full.

Buggies were reserved when you entered, and LCUK has pre-booked every buggy at Stanmore. There are only five or six in total and they went first come, first served. Payment is made at the club on the day. To check whether you have one, ring the golf leads.

Saturday 12 September at RCT Hall in Harrow, from 10am. Group stages on four tables, then a knockout, so everyone gets several frames. £10 singles, £15 per pair, and because pool has its own Saturday you can enter all of its categories. Trophies are presented at the main ceremony on the 20th.

Saturday 19 September at Stanmore Golf Club. Registration at the club from 11am, first tee 1pm, £75 per golfer with a coffee and roll included before you head out. Golf doesn't count towards your main-day limit, and golf trophies are handed over at the main ceremony on Sunday the 20th.

Not yet. The courts are being resurfaced and the venue confirms about two weeks before the festival. If it cannot run, every tennis entry is refunded in full. If it does run, you're already in the draw while everyone else is kicking themselves.

The desk opens at 8:30am and the opening ceremony is at 9am, with games from 9:15am. Arrive with enough time to collect your wristband and find your hall before your first match. Parking is free on site.

Your own racquet or bat for the racquet sports; shuttles and balls are provided, and pickleball paddles are provided. Footballers: moulded or plastic-studded boots only on the astro, shin pads strongly recommended. Bring a water bottle, though water is available on site.

Everyone gets a colour-coded wristband at the desk, one colour per sport, worn all day. No wristband, no play. It's how we keep the draws honest without anyone checking papers at courtside.

Absolutely, and there is nothing to book, and spectators are free. There's a games corner, face painting and mehndi, a morning yoga session, the lounge, the Antakshari and the trophy ceremony. A parent or guardian stays on site all day for children in the youth cricket.

Sixteen mahajans earn points across every sport: five for a winner, three for a runner-up, one for a semi-finalist, and one for every person who competes. The mahajan with the most points lifts the Shield at the trophy presentation and keeps it for the year. You don't have to win anything to contribute; entering is worth a point, which is the whole idea.
