Navratri 2026 runs from Sunday 11 to Monday 19 October, nine nights of garba across the UK Lohana Mahajans.

Navratri 2026 garba across the Mahajans
LCUK does not run a garba of its own. Our Mahajans do, and for Navratri 2026 we have gathered their plans on one page: dates, times, venues, prices and how to book. North London, South London, Coventry and Cambridge sent full details first, along with ladies and children garbas and Sharad Poonam evenings, and more Mahajans are added as they send their plans. If Navratri is new to your family, Navratri is the nine-night festival of dance that fills the autumn.
For many families Navratri 2026 is the most social fortnight of the year. It is where cousins meet, where the next generation learns the steps, and where a new family in a city finds its community for the first time. That is why we put every Mahajan on one page: so nobody misses their garba for want of a date or a venue.
What is on during Navratri 2026
Across the nine nights the Mahajans hold raas and garba, aarti and community evenings, with special nights that fill quickly. Several run dedicated ladies and children garbas, and many close the fortnight with a Sharad Poonam gathering under the full moon. Because every Mahajan sets its own programme, the detail is different from city to city, which is why the Navratri 2026 plans are collected in one place.
Find a Navratri 2026 garba near you
Use the Navratri 2026 page to find your nearest garba, and book the special nights early before they sell out. To see which community runs yours, visit our Mahajans, and join the eNewsletter to hear first next year.
Dates and venues can change at short notice, so check the page again close to the night. If your Mahajan is not listed yet, send your plans to LCUK and we will add them so no family misses out.
