Three venues, one festival
The Lohana Sports Festival venues run from Harrow to Stanmore to Hatfield. Here's where it all happens and how to get there.
What happens at each Lohana Sports Festival venue
Three venues, three days, and a different rhythm at each one. Here is what to expect before you set off.
RCT Hall, Harrow
Saturday 12 September. The festival opens here with pool from 10am. Frames, banter and bragging rights before the main weekend has even started.
Stanmore Golf Club
Saturday 19 September. Registration from 11am with coffee and a roll included, and the first tee at 1pm. Buggies are limited and are reserved when you entered and paid at the club on the day.
Hertfordshire Sports Village, Hatfield
Sunday 20 September, postcode AL10 9EU. The control desk opens at 8:30am, the opening ceremony is at 9am, games start at 9:15am and trophies are presented from 5pm. This is the day to bring everyone.
All three Lohana Sports Festival venues sit in north west London and Hertfordshire. Allow time to park and to find the desk, particularly on Festival Day when several sports run at once.

RCT Hall, Harrow
The festival opens with pool at RCT Hall, the Raghuvanshi Charitable Trust Centre in Harrow, frames from 10am. Four tables, group stages, and a room that fills with Lohanas who all believe they're the best player in their family. You'll hear every safety shot debated in real time.
Stanmore Golf Club
A proper club, a proper course and a proper welcome. Registration from 11am with coffee and a roll before the 1pm first tee. Buggies (£35 per buggy, shared by 2) are pre-booked by LCUK and reserved when you entered. Limited, first come, first served, so check with the golf leads. Trophies are presented the next day at the main ceremony in Hatfield, so plan to be there for your moment.

Hertfordshire Sports Village, Hatfield
The main event, on the De Havilland Campus, Hatfield Business Park, Mosquito Way. Every hall, court and pitch under one roof and on one site, plus a cafeteria, changing rooms with showers, and medical cover all day. Desk opens 8:30am; trophies from 5pm. Venue phone: 01707 284466.

If enough people from your mahajan are coming, tell us and we'll look at arranging a minibus so you travel as one group, arrive as one group, and cheer as one very loud group. Sixteen mahajans are chasing a Shield in which every travelling member is worth a point. Raise it with your mahajan secretary or the PRO.
